Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to be part of our team as we expand our portfolio. Our newest addition, The Lofton Hotel, is a downtown Minneapolis, full-service, $15M revenue property that is the first hotel in the Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Minnesota.

What you will be doing:

·Check guests in and out of room.

·Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guests' needs.

·Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management.

·Promptly answer the phone in a professional and clear manner.

·Input all information into computer to communicate guest requests.

·Answer guest questions regarding area or hotel, outlet information and services.

·Greet and welcome guest as they arrive at the hotel.

What we are looking for:

·Excellent customer service skills are required.

·Must be able to work 3rd shift. 11pm-7am.

·Previous receptionist, customer service, front desk or administrative experience preferred.
